What data we collect: through the application form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, your store's website or Instagram, your industry, how much you spend on advertising, how you currently get your content and customers and, only if you choose to share it, your approximate revenue.
Purpose: to assess whether your brand is a fit for our service and to contact you by email or WhatsApp with a reply. We do not use this data to send you advertising.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Recipients: form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which acts as a data processor and forwards your application to us by email. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights: you can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request the portability of your data by writing to info@wavia.es. If you believe we are not processing it correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Retention: if your brand is not a fit, we delete your application within 12 months at most. If we start working together, for as long as the relationship lasts plus any applicable legal periods.
